Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Visual & UX/UI Designer to create engaging digital experiences that bring complex business and sales concepts to life.

You will collaborate with designers, developers, content specialists and other stakeholders to conceptualize and develop websites, interactive experiences, prototypes and other digital assets.

You will combine visual design and UX/UI principles to transform complex ideas into clear, consistent and engaging digital experiences, from initial concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop original ideas for web and digital experiences.
• Translate complex business concepts and requirements into effective digital designs.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve content structure, usability and overall user experience.
• Develop visual concepts, wireframes, layouts and prototypes for web and interactive experiences.
• Create alternative design concepts and identify opportunities to improve existing digital experiences.
• Combine different themes and brand requirements while maintaining visual consistency.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, developers and other creative professionals.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and adapt designs based on changing requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects and priorities while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Apply current web and digital design trends, techniques and best practices.
• Produce polished digital assets from initial concept through final execution.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in web, digital or visual design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of UX/UI best practices and user experience design.
• Professional experience with design and prototyping tools such as: Figma Adobe XD Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, particularly PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into structured and visually engaging digital solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of visual hierarchy, layout, composition and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple geographic locations.
• Experience developing interactive digital experiences or web-based sales materials.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Exposure to motion design, animation, video editing or storyboarding.
• Knowledge of HTML and Sass/CSS.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery.
• Experience contributing to reusable digital assets, templates or design systems.

• A suitable home office or work area for productive remote work, in accordance with applicable local guidelines.
