Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships with clinical and IT stakeholders
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and hospital IT teams to configure and integrate solutions into existing clinical workflows
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while proactively tracking progress and addressing risks
- Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, applications, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support system installation, configuration, and validation, including integration with hospital systems and networks
- Facilitate end-user readiness and adoption, including training and workflow alignment, to ensure successful product utilization
- Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues, driving resolution in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and communication with stakeholders
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of products, services, and implementation processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, software implementation, or healthcare technology delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical and technical teams
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive execution
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Experience in medical imaging, healthcare IT, or clinical software implementations
- Familiarity with healthcare standards such as DICOM, , PACS, or
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across a matrixed organization

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is
$92,000.00-$138,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
