LOCATION: Full-time remote worker
SALARY: $55,000

Role Overview

Poets&Quants is seeking a Marketing Production Coordinator to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and content across email, social media, and our websites. This role is responsible for ensuring content is accurately formatted, assets meet specifications, newsletters and emails are built correctly, and campaign deliverables are executed on time.

This is a detail-oriented production role for someone who enjoys organization, process, and execution. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working through checklists, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.

As a fully remote organization, strong communication, responsiveness, and teamwork are essential. The successful candidate will proactively communicate status, meet deadlines, respond promptly to colleagues and partners, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Newsletter Production

· Build and schedule Poets&Quants newsletters and email campaigns using established templates.

· Format and QA newsletter content, links, images, and calls-to-action.

· Build and schedule topical email campaigns and partner email promotions.

· Ensure all email deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Social Media Execution

· Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms.

· Format posts according to platform specifications and brand guidelines.

· Maintain social media posting calendars and publishing schedules.

Content & Asset Review

· Review submitted client forms for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.

· Format sponsored content, listings, and related campaign assets.

· Verify images meet required size, format, and quality standards.

· Confirm all required campaign assets have been received prior to publish.

· Follow up with Customer Success on missing or incomplete information as needed.

Production Support

· Support internal documentation and workflow processes.

· Perform quality assurance checks on campaign deliverables before launch.

· Assist with website content updates in WordPress.

Qualifications

· 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content production, marketing coordination, or related fields.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.

· Experience with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, WordPress, or similar systems preferred.

· Comfortable working with templates, checklists, and established processes.

· Digital savvy with an interest in online publishing, marketing, and technology.

· Self-directed learner with experience working remotely and managing time effectively.
