We're looking for a seasoned Digital Native Account Executive to help expand our footprint among Israel's digital native companies - AI-native startups, cloud-first scale-ups, and next-generation tech companies - and shape the future of ClickHouse adoption in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join after the general availability of our serverless Cloud product and play a pivotal role in defining how it is positioned and adopted with this fast-moving segment of the market.
Our ideal candidate brings both business acumen and technical depth, capable of guiding digital native customers with specialized expertise to help them achieve their objectives and unlock the full value of ClickHouse.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and nurture opportunities, build pipeline, and close short term Cloud monthly contracts with high-growth digital native companies, while simultaneously developing a strategic Enterprise business with complex sales cycles.
Evangelize ClickHouse's vision and solutions across Israel's digital native ecosystem - from early-stage AI startups to scaling cloud-first companies - to secure strategic commercial commitments.
Take a solution-based approach to selling, delivering clear business value for customers.
Champion the innovation behind ClickHouse Cloud, driving awareness and adoption among fast-moving, cloud-native teams.
Manage customer details, including use cases, timelines, and forecasting, within Salesforce.
Deliver accurate monthly business forecasts.
Contribute to the ClickHouse ecosystem by engaging in local developer meetups and helping organize ClickHouse specific community events.
What You Bring
Proven ability to manage cross functional resources - from dedicated teams to executive staff, to drive successful outcomes.
Expertise aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
Recent experience selling to digital native, AI-native, or cloud-first companies strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in open source software business models preferred; strong background in cloud and infrastructure software required.
Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working cross-functionally in a diverse, global team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong business and technical acumen.

Experience working effectively in a remote-first, global organization.
Prior success selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers, particularly to startups and digital native companies.
