We’re looking for successful and motivated team members that share our passion for clients and results, and specifically, a Digital Media Planning & Implementation Specialist to join our team. The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimising and reporting on paid performance strategies across multiple clients and channels, to drive brand awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention. Campaigns may include a mix of digital channels including Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, PMAX, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Display. Reporting requirements include data analysis and development of strategic insights and recommendations across all channels.
The
Digital Media Planning & Implementation Specialist works alongside a number of other digital experts (both in house and external) including SEO, analytics, and creative production, and working in close cohesion to optimise client performance. In addition to the above, the successful candidate will work with the Head of Paid & Strategy to explore new partnerships with emerging publishers and third-party agencies to expand Fluro Digital’s service offering, undertake regular digital media research and education, and support new client proposals.
What You’ll Do You’ll be the kind of person who:
- Formulate, present and articulate media plans that align with the client’s business and media objectives.
- Day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Search, Social, Video & Display channels utilising best practice tactics.
- Analyse ad performance and website data to inform the development of strategic insights and recommendations.
- Work in close collaboration with the account management team to deliver client WIPs, key meetings, strategies, deliverables and reporting.
- Support the Client Success team with technical analysis of client accounts and support responses to client enquiries.
- Proactively advise clients through the Client Success team about digital marketing landscape developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements.
- In partnership with the team, help strategise solutions through a deep understanding of our client's business & success metrics
Requirements
What You Bring We’re looking for someone who:
- 3 years minimum experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Previous experience within a media agency, preferably buying ads on 1 or all of the following - Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic
- Proven track record of successfully executing performance campaigns across multiple channels and driving ROI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Experience with bid management tools and ad serving platforms
- Experience and a keenness to work cross functionally and manage external vendors/agencies
- Communicate with confidence - write and present to inspire.
- Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills.
