We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic Australian company.

This position is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who can manage digital marketing initiatives, create engaging visual content, oversee websites, and support business growth through lead generation and campaign management.

You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing multiple websites, creating branded marketing materials, growing social media engagement, and supporting business development and events through high-quality marketing and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing materials including newsletters, EDMs, social media graphics, presentations, proposals, and branded documents using Canva and Adobe.
  • Plan and manage social media content calendars, create engaging posts, and improve audience engagement and follower growth.
  • Edit videos and create digital content for social media platforms and websites.
  • Manage and update WordPress websites, including creating pages, updating content, improving user experience, and applying SEO practices.
  • Support SEO activities, including website optimisation, metadata updates, and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, templates, and branded communications across different platforms.
  • Support event marketing activities, including managing event booking pages and promotional content.
  • Assist with lead generation, data research, and building marketing pipelines.
  • Update business listings and digital assets across websites and online directories.
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support, including assisting with proposals, tenders, and mailbox coordination.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with Australian businesses or clients is highly desirable.
  • A portfolio showcasing graphic design work, marketing campaigns (associated with events), or digital content is required.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including meta tags, on-page optimisation, and website performance.
  • Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns (EDMs and newsletters).
  • Proven experience managing business social media platforms and developing content calendars.  
  • Video editing skills for social media and website content.
  • Experience using Eventbrite or similar event management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in lead generation, data research, and marketing database development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

• Use of time tracking software during work hours
• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1.     Monthly Salary: Php 45,000

2.     Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3.     You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4.     Probation: 6 months and after Probation          

      10 days annual leave credits

       5 days of sick leave

5.     HMO offered after 6-months probation

6.     Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7.     Annual Salary Review

8.     Laptop provided after 30 days

9.    Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10.  SHIFT TIMES: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
