Role Overview
Travelwings is looking for a relationship-driven Social Media Executive to lead localized brand marketing, partnerships, influencer programs, PR initiatives, mall activations, and community engagement while coordinating closely with the regional marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized brand campaigns aligned with Travelwings' marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute mall activations, exhibitions, and offline events.
- Manage influencer identification, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
- Lead PR initiatives and coordinate with media partners.
- Build strategic partnerships with airlines, banks, malls, hotels, corporate organizations, and community groups.
- Coordinate localized social media content and campaigns with the central marketing team.
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with Filipino community groups, associations, schools, churches, and OFW networks in the UAE.
- Represent Travelwings at Filipino cultural events, exhibitions, and community programs.
- Develop partnerships with Filipino influencers, content creators, and media outlets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, PR, or event marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, PR, partnership development, and event execution.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI applications is an added advantage
