YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
  • Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations.
  • Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
  • Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
  • Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
  • Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Customer Orientation: You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
  • Effective Communication: You possess skills to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration.
  • Flexibility: You can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for night shifts.
  • Teamwork: You collaborate effectively with other team members, contributing to an international and dynamic environment that fosters cooperation.
