Key Responsibilities and Duties (Principal Accountabilities)

· Manage the day-to-day execution of website content updates across all brand websites, including homepage assets, landing pages, campaign content, promotional banners and navigation updates to support trading, marketing and business objectives.

· Coordinate the end-to-end production of email marketing (eDM) campaigns, including building, scheduling, QA and deployment, working in partnership with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

· Prepare monthly campaign briefs and manage the workflow through the project management system, ensuring all creative, copy and stakeholder approvals are completed within agreed deadlines.

· Maintain website content to support SEO initiatives, including content updates, optimisation and ongoing housekeeping to improve search visibility and site health.

· Support marketplace operations coordinator with product registration, content management, issue resolution and ongoing collaboration with external marketplace partners.

· Conduct regular website quality assurance and site audits to identify content issues, broken links, inconsistencies, bugs and user experience improvements, escalating issues where required.

· Maintain reporting, documentation and administrative processes across the eCommerce function, including campaign trackers, content calendars, workflow documentation and operational reporting.

· Collaborate with Digital, eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandise, Creative and Technology teams to ensure content is delivered accurately, consistently and in line with campaign deadlines.

· Ensure all digital content reflects brand guidelines, maintains a high standard of quality, and delivers a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Qualifications:

· Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Communications, Business or a related discipline (preferred).

· Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.

· Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Braze) is desirable.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Monday.com considered advantageous.

· Understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices.

Experience:

· 1–3 years' experience in a digital content, eCommerce, digital marketing or online merchandising role.

· Experience managing website content updates and coordinating campaign launches across an eCommerce website.

· Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns, including QA and scheduling.

· Experience managing product information, digital assets and online product catalogues.

· Experience working within a fast-paced retail or omnichannel environment, balancing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
