Job Description:

Position Overview

DXC Technology is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join a delivery team supporting application development and cloud operations initiatives across LATAM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, supporting Kubernetes environments, and enabling modern cloud-native application delivery practices. The role includes direct interaction with Spanish-speaking stakeholders and client representatives, requiring excellent communication skills in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
  • Configure and manage Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines.
  • Support application lifecycle management activities.
  • Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
  • Implement DevOps best practices across development teams.
  • Deploy and support applications running on Kubernetes platforms.
  • Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
  • Monitor application and platform performance.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Groovy.
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, QA, and infrastructure teams.
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis activities.
  • Serve as a Spanish-speaking point of contact when required by stakeholders.
