DevOps Engineer

My name is Bjorn Balldin and we are looking for a Devops Engineer in Vilnius. Our vision is simple: seamless entertainment experiences powered by modern cloud technology. You’ll play a pivotal role in evolving and scaling our Pay TV cloud ecosystem.
 

What you'll do

As a DevOps Engineer you'll play a key role in evolving and scaling our Pay TV cloud ecosystem. 

• Design and optimize AWS infrastructure across multiple accounts and environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
• Manage cloud-native platforms including Amazon ECS, EKS (Kubernetes), and AWS Lambda.
• Champion observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and BugSnag to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to balance platform standards, scalability, and developer autonomy.
• Design secure, resilient, and highly available AWS architectures with multi-region capabilities, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery.
• Implement AWS security best practices across IAM, KMS, compliance controls, and network security.
• Design and optimize secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS networking solutions, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, load balancing, DNS, and service mesh technologies.
• Foster knowledge sharing through mentoring, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Explore and promote AI-assisted development practices using GitHub Copilot and other modern engineering tools.
   

What will help you thrive in this role

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for cloud engineering.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-native technologies.
• Strong experience with Amazon ECS, EKS (Kubernetes), container orchestration, and platform operations.
• Deep understanding of AWS networking, including VPCs, subnets, Transit Gateway, routing, DNS, load balancing, and service mesh solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS security, including IAM, KMS, security groups, resource policies, and compliance controls.
• Experience building resilient and highly available architectures using Multi-AZ deployments, auto-scaling, disaster recovery, and multi-region strategies.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Confluence, GitHub, and collaborative ways of working across distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Monthly salary range 4320 - 6000 EUR gross/month + annual performance bonus.
