This role will begin part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance, reliability, and the needs of the practice.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with dental insurance verification, preferably within a dental office or dental insurance company. They should be comfortable navigating insurance carrier websites, researching patient benefits, documenting information accurately, and communicating clearly with the dental office team.

They should be accurate, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Strong candidates will know how to navigate insurance portals, identify the information that matters when verifying benefits, document their findings clearly, and recognize when an issue needs to be escalated.

The goal is not simply to find someone familiar with insurance terminology, but someone who can become a dependable part of the practice's workflow and consistently provide accurate insurance information.
