- Own campaign briefs, timelines, and project management inside Wrike—ensuring cross-functional alignment and visibility.
- Build campaign strategies that incorporate organic social, email, content, field events, webinars, account based plans (1:1 and 1:few) and sales enablement.
- Use AI on a regular basis to help build out programming that aligns with our buyers intent and interests.
- Execution & Workflow Management
- Lead campaign kickoff through completion—coordinating with PMM, content, creative, paid digital, web ops and operations teams.
- Ensure all workback schedules, creative requests, and deliverables are structured and tracked effectively in Wrike.
- Work with marketing operations to create, implement and QA campaigns across platforms like Marketo, Salesforce & Tableau.
- Be comfortable setting up workflow automations to scale execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Own the global programs/campaigns and the workflows needed to support outbound motions (email, creative, content, digital assets)
- Collaborate with product marketing to translate messaging into compelling campaign themes.
- Work with sales development to support outbound efforts with targeted campaign assets and follow-up cadences.
- Coordinate field marketing tactics as part of the broader campaign strategy.
- Measurement & Optimization
- Define campaign KPIs across awareness, engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
- Use data to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for future iterations.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership using dashboards, presentations and Wrike updates.
Your Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated campaign roles.
- Hands-on experience with work management solutions (preferably Wrike) for campaign planning, execution, and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and sales outreach.
- AI-Driven Targeting and Data Enrichment with familiarity of marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau, 6Sense, Sendoso, Qualified
- AI-Assisted Personalization: Using tools to tailor messaging at scale for specific buyer personas (technical vs. executive).
- AI-Powered Content Repurposing: Rapidly repurposing content across platforms (e.g., turning webinars into social snippets or blogs).
- Ability to write effective, clear, and context-aware prompts for AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc) to produce high-quality text, images, and marketing copy.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.
