Match your resume skills with our AI powered skill match!
You will own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, including organic visibility, AI-assistant optimization, and conversion funnels. You will also build and maintain the marketing automation machinery to ensure efficient lead nurturing and reporting.
Search volume in our category is thin, because most of our buyers don't know solutions like ours exist. So demand here has to be built before it can be captured, and that's what makes this job worth doing.
We sell crew travel software to shipping companies, offshore operators and airlines. You'd own the systems that find those buyers, bring them in and convert them: organic, AI-assistant visibility, lifecycle, landing pages, and the automation that ties it together.
You'd report to the VP Marketing and work closely with our GTM Engineer, who owns the data and CRM side.
Own organic and LLM visibility: how we get found by search, and increasingly how we get cited by AI assistants
Own conversion end to end, from landing page through form to what happens next
Build lifecycle and nurture programmes for prospects and existing customers
Build the machinery behind campaigns and webinars so programmes run without manual work
Wire systems together so the funnel reports on itself and nobody is copying data by hand
Design experiments, call them proven or dead on the evidence, and move budget accordingly
Run paid tests carefully, in a market where money disappears fast
We're building an agentic marketing team, and this role sits at the centre of it. To give you an example our CEO built an autonomous Google Ads agent while our GTM Engineer with Software Engineer built our lead scoring and sales coaching engine. You'd be building the demand side of that: agents, automations and AI tooling that make a small team behave like a much larger one. Comfort with AI tools is expected, fluency is what we're hoping for.
Our stack: HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Power BI, Apollo, Zapier and similar, plus whatever you make a case for.
Marketing-sourced qualified pipeline is growing and traceable to the channels that produced it, and you can defend every number in it because you built the measurement yourself.
You've owned a demand channel end to end, including the pipeline it produced
You're technical enough to build things yourself: landing pages, automations, tracking, integrations
You work confidently in a CRM (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation stack, and you derive numbers from raw data rather than trusting a dashboard
You use AI and automation tooling to build things, and you can walk us through something you shipped
You can tell a metric that matters from one that just looks good
You've taken a channel from nothing to something and know what that actually takes
Experience with AI search visibility or programmatic content
Exposure to a niche or technical B2B market with low search volume
Scripting, or any engineering background
Experience in a company moving from sales-led to marketing-led
A blank sheet on the inbound engine, with real budget behind it
A company that already builds AI agents in-house, so you'll be understood rather than tolerated
Direct line to the VP Marketing for the decisions that matter
A gross monthly salary in the range of €4,500–€5,500
