Job Summary

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for improving implementation delivery predictability, operational visibility, and cross-functional coordination across the Permitting, Compliance, and Licensing (PCL) implementation portfolio. Acting as a central point of coordination between Project Managers and Technical Implementation Consultants, the Delivery Coordinator proactively manages milestone tracking, implementation timelines, risk identification, and escalation processes to ensure projects progress efficiently and stakeholders remain aligned. This role contributes directly to improving customer experience by reducing surprise delays, increasing transparency around implementation health, and ensuring risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts are communicated clearly and early throughout the implementation lifecycle.

 

In addition to supporting active customer implementations, the Delivery Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and improving operational delivery processes, reporting, dashboards, and implementation tracking methodologies. Strong Delivery Coordinator candidates possess a combination of project coordination experience, operational discipline, and strong communication skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects, facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and proactively drive accountability around timelines, risks, and execution. Ideal candidates are highly organized, process-oriented, with a bent towards curiosity and investigation, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where priorities and implementation needs may evolve dynamically.

 

What Your Impact Will Look Like

  • Coordinate and maintain implementation milestone schedules, delivery trackers, and project documentation across active PCL implementations
  • Develop expertise with the build process to investigate and confirm status, progress, and risks
  • Ensure Technical Implementation Consultants are providing all information related to build status, progress, risks, and blockers
  • Facilitate alignment and communication between Project Managers, Technical Implementation Consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Monitor and ensure implementation progress, dependencies, and action items to ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, implementation risks, and process gaps, escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, operational metrics, and delay tracking documentation
  • Support implementation planning, readiness activities, and delivery forecasting efforts across concurrent projects
  • Assist in developing and improving implementation processes, workflows, operational standards, and reporting methodologies
  • Coordinate recurring status meetings, follow-up actions, and stakeholder communications as needed
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills while managing multiple competing priorities
  • Utilize project management, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Jira, Excel, or similar platforms to support implementation operations

  • Strong knowledge of software development, delivery operations, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional project coordination within SaaS or technical environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation efforts and shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, Project Managers, leadership, and customer-facing stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively identify, assess, communicate, and escalate implementation risks, blockers, dependencies, and timeline impacts before they affect delivery commitments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify delivery trends, operational gaps, recurring delays, and process improvement opportunities
  • Ability to maintain accurate project tracking, milestone reporting, dashboards, delivery documentation, and operational records with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration, accountability, and alignment across Development, Project Management, Product, Support, and other cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Jira, Asana, spreadsheets, and dashboard/reporting platforms
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic implementation environments while maintaining composure, operational rigor, and adaptability under pressure
  • Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives by developing scalable processes, improving delivery visibility, and increasing implementation predictability and stakeholder transparency
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to communicate proactively
  • Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, status, and results
  • Ability to flex between the technical and business sides of your brain – engineers and cross-functional team members alike love to work with you
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
