AI Summary

You will manage the end-to-end deal pipeline, acting as the primary point of contact for founders throughout the fundraising process. This includes coordinating diligence, legal and compliance setups, and ensuring operational efficiency during live rounds.

Projects come to FairClub to raise. Between first conversation and closed round there is a long list of things that must happen in the right order — diligence pack assembled, curator review passed, structure chosen, documents drafted, SPV formed, KYC cleared, treasury configured, governance set up, investors updated.

Rounds do not usually fail because the deal was bad. They fail because something in that list stalled and nobody was watching it.

You watch it. And you are the person the founder talks to the whole way through.

Tasks

What you'll own

  • The deal pipeline end to end. Every project on the platform, what stage it is at, what it is waiting on, and what happens next.
  • Founder relationships through the raise. You are their point of contact — you set expectations, chase what is missing, and tell them the truth about where they stand.
  • Onboarding. Diligence package, data room, materials that hold up under investor scrutiny.
  • Coordination across the team. Curator review, legal and compliance, treasury and governance setup. You unblock, you do not just forward.
  • Investor-side operations during a live round. Allocation tracking, subscription documents, close mechanics, post-close reporting.
  • The operating cadence — stage definitions, checklists, timelines. If it lives in your head today, it should live in a document tomorrow.
  • Reporting on pipeline health so the team knows what is real and what is optimistic.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in deal operations, fundraising operations, venture platform, investment banking execution, or a role where you ran transactions to a close.
  • You have worked directly with founders during a raise and can hold a hard conversation without damaging the relationship.
  • Real understanding of how private rounds are structured. SAFEs, priced rounds, SPVs, token allocations.
  • Working knowledge of what investors ask for in diligence — because you will be the one collecting it.
  • Organised in a way that survives twenty live threads. You track things in systems, not memory.
  • Comfort with crypto-native projects: token distribution, vesting, treasury management, governance.
  • Async and written by default. The team is distributed.

Benefits

  • Additional vacation days
  • Company stock options
  • Flexible working hours
  • Remote work
  • Sabbatical
