Your Role

• The Databricks Engineer – Operations role is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise data platforms built on Databricks, Airflow, and PySpark.
• The role focuses on ensuring reliable, efficient, and scalable data processing pipelines for business-critical analytics and reporting systems.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to improve platform stability.
• Collaborate with global teams including Data Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data services.
• Work with modern cloud technologies across Azure and AWS, driving operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Grow your expertise in scalable data platforms, performance optimization, data quality, and emerging technologies within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Your Profile

• 4+YOE Strong experience with Databricks (Spark / PySpark) 
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow (DAGs, scheduling, monitoring)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience in data pipeline operations and production support
• Knowledge of distributed data processing and Spark optimization
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) is preferred 
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Services - nice to have
• Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks -nice to have
• Fluent English level
