Location: Poland | Work Arrangement: Remote | Reports to: Senior Manager Data Science, xDC Warsaw | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Contract type: full time | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English and Polish; another European language is a plus
We are looking for a Data Scientist passionate about AI, ML, and cloud technologies to design impactful, intelligent solutions. You will work on projects ranging from predictive modeling and segmentation to conversational AI and large language models, delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions from understanding business needs through EDA, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and technical delivery. If you enjoy bringing AI ideas to life, leading by example, and staying at the forefront of ML technologies, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on AI and Machine Learning projects hosted in Azure cloud
- Solve advanced ML challenges: forecasting, churn modelling, segmentation, targeting and more
- Build solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) – text generation, summarization, and conversational AI
- Work with speech, text, image, and video analytics problems
- Lead projects from the technical side, supporting delivery excellence
- Prepare documentation, conduct trainings, and run knowledge transfer sessions
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
What we need to see from you
- Commercial experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence or a PhD in this field
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Platform
- Very good knowledge of Python and solid understanding of SQL
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services is a plus
- Solid theoretical background in machine learning and understanding of LLM concepts
- Experience with MLflow or other ML lifecycle tools is a plus
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to mentor junior team members
- Previous presales experience would be an asset
