Summary: The Clinical Analyst serves as a specialized operational and strategic support partner within Commercial Clinical Strategy, translating client clinical program requests into executable clinical deliverables and supporting enterprise initiatives that impact Commercial Division clients. Analysts work across account management, clinical operations, product, underwriting, and finance teams to support program implementation, clinical modeling, reporting, regulatory compliance, and client-specific benefit requests.
Responsibilities:
•Create and maintain clinical addendums, drug lists, program documentation, and client-specific clinical deliverables.
•Support implementation of clinical programs for Commercial Division clients.
•Execute benefit setup requests, clinical enrollments, formulary updates, and operational follow-up activities.
•Develop clinical and financial models to evaluate program impacts, utilization trends, and client-specific scenarios.
•Produce standard and custom reporting to support client requests and business initiatives.
•Partner with Account Teams, Clinical Operations, Product, Underwriting, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve complex client and operational issues.
•Serve as a liaison between business partners and operational teams to ensure successful implementation of client requests
•Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and quality.
•Support development and maintenance of SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and training materials.
•Participate in initiatives focused on automation, workflow optimization, governance, and operational controls.
Requirements:
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to interpret complex clinical, operational, and financial information
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience with Excel, reporting tools, and business systems
•Ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed organizations
•Process improvement and operational excellence mindset
•Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
