Overview: Cigna Healthcare’s Pharmacy Management organization is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting and analytics. The role will primarily support Pharmacy Sales & Account Management (CP-SAM), with additional support for Product, Finance, Compliance, and other internal partners as needed.

The advisor will manage production reporting, fulfill ad hoc requests, and develop new reporting solutions aligned to business priorities. Key reporting areas may include wins/losses, product adoption, goal tracking, performance trends, client-level insights, and other metrics that support data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver timely and accurate production and ad hoc reporting primarily in support of CP-SAM, including related operational and strategic business needs.
  • Maintain CP-SAM account assignments, territory alignments, and related organizational structures, including Salesforce updates and data/report extraction to support reporting accuracy and business visibility.
  • Analyze, interpret, and validate client-specific data, including product adoption, benefits, RFP/RFI and renewal status, carve-in/out indicators, producer/broker details, wins/losses, and competitor/incumbent insights.
  • Develop reporting at multiple business levels, including individual sales representatives, markets, products, clients, and leadership views, to support internal performance monitoring, business insight, and decision-making.
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance production reporting deliverables, including dashboards, operational datasets, and the SharePoint site.
  • Develop new reporting solutions aligned to evolving business needs.
  • Support automation initiatives using SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, AI and/or Alteryx.
  • Identify and investigate data anomalies and drive root‑cause analysis.

Project & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Contribute to project‑based initiatives including new reporting solutions and measurement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with partners across Pharmacy Management to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in pharmacy sales data and data sources.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide clear communication and documentation of metrics, methodologies, and data definitions.
  • Present insights tailored to various business audiences.
  • Build strong cross‑functional partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3–5 plus years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data management.
  • Must be proficient in: SQL, Power BI / Tableau, Excel, Power Query / Power Pivot, Salesforce, SharePoint, Alteryx, PowerPoint, AI
  • Strong understanding of the PBM industry.
  • Experience with large datasets and complex data structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,700 - 161,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
