On the Data team, this means building a modern cloud-native platform that enables trusted, high-quality data to flow across the organization. This is an opportunity to work at the center of that evolution—helping design and scale ingestion and integration patterns on Databricks and AWS, while contributing to a platform that supports both today’s operational needs and tomorrow’s AI-enabled capabilities.

Your Day to Day
As a Data Engineer, you will:

• Build and enhance scalable data ingestion and data integration pipelines, with Databricks as a core part of the modern data platform.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL / ELT processes that support both strategic project delivery and business-as-usual operations.

• Develop and operate cloud-based data workflows across Databricks and AWS, helping ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability in production environments.

• Monitor and support production data processes, including batch runs, releases, operational issue resolution, and continuous improvement of platform reliability.

• Troubleshoot complex data and performance issues across pipelines and relational data environments.

• Support the evolution of data integration patterns as the platform continues moving toward more automated solutions.

• Help strengthen the platform foundations that enable advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and future AI-driven innovation across the business.

What We’re Looking For

As a Data Engineer, your background will include:

• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience building and operating data platforms.

• Strong production experience with Databricks, including work with jobs, cluster tuning, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog or related governance.

• Proven experience in data integration, data ingestion, and building scalable cloud-based data pipelines.

• Solid expertise in ETL / ELT development, SQL, and modern data engineering practices.

• Experience supporting production data workloads, troubleshooting performance issues, and working effectively in cross-functional engineering environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tooling.

• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release automation.

• Python proficiency and familiarity with orchestration, observability, or modern cloud-native data tooling.
