Data Analyst/Decision Support Tool Developer

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

Sabot Consulting is looking to hire a data analyst to help conduct a comprehensive workload study and develop a dynamic resource allocation model for a state's department of corrections.

Responsibilities:

Analyze administrative, staffing, and time-study data; develop and validate workload standards and staffing allocation models; and build an interactive decision support tool based on the methodological framework and specifications developed by the project lead.

Qualificactions:

• 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst

• Proficient with Excel (Advanced), Python or R, SQL and Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Statistical analysis, data cleaning, and management of large administrative datasets.

• Workload modeling, staffing projections, resource allocation, and scenario analysis.

• Experience developing interactive dashboards or decision support tools.

• Data validation, quality assurance, and technical documentation.

• Experience with corrections, criminal justice, or public-sector workforce studies preferred.

• SPSS, Stata, Tableau, Qualtrics, and NVivo.
