About the Opportunity

No prior AI or tech experience is needed to get started.

Because AI models need to learn from both everyday users and specialized professionals, there are openings across two distinct pay tiers.

You can jump straight into entry-level generalist tasks with no specialized background, or—if you do have specific career experience or a degree—you can qualify for significantly higher hourly rates. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor role where you choose when and how much you work.

Compensation & Pay Tiers $25.00 – $150.00+ per hour

Tier 1: Entry-Level & Generalist Roles ($25 – $49/hr): Open to everyone with strong English and attention to detail—no prior experience or degree required.

Tier 2: Specialized Experience Roles ($50 – $150+/hr): Higher hourly rates unlocked for applicants who have verifiable work experience, certifications, or degrees in specific industries.

Open Roles We are actively matching applicants across both tracks:

1 - No-Experience Generalist Track

AI Chat & Agent Testers: Test how AI models respond to everyday questions, spot errors, and rate their helpfulness.

Data, Audio & Video Contributors: Simple, detail-oriented tasks involving voice recording, video capture, transcription, and basic evaluation.

2 - Higher-Paying Specialist Track (If You Have Specific Experience)

If you have a background in any of the following areas, you can earn premium rates evaluating AI in your field:

Technology & Engineering: Software Developers (Python, Rust, Java), Data Scientists, CAD Designers, and Engineers.

Healthcare & Medical: Nurses, Physicians, Dentists, Psychiatrists, and Medical Coders.

Legal & Compliance: Attorneys (Corporate, Tax, Litigation), Paralegals, and Law Students.

Finance, Business & Defense: Accountants, Financial Analysts, Operations Specialists, and Military/Defense Veterans.

Languages & Creative: Bilingual speakers, Translators, Writers, Graphic Designers, and Photographers.

Core Responsibilities

Review AI-generated responses and rate them for accuracy, clarity, and logic.

Write prompts and sample answers based on either everyday common sense or your specific career background.

Help identify mistakes or awkward phrasing so AI tools become safer and more accurate.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong reading and writing skills in English (or fluency in another target language for bilingual roles).

A reliable computer or smartphone with a stable internet connection.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
