Your Role

As a Danish-speaking Client Support Specialist, you will:

• Support Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their questions and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions using company systems and tools.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout every interaction.
• Collaborate with an international team to maintain excellent service standards.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (C1/C2 level) and good English communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
