D365 Finance & Operations Project Lead – Italian Speaking

Location: Remote within Europe
Contract: 6 months minimum, with potential for extension
Travel: Must be available to travel when required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Project Lead with fluent Italian language skills to lead and coordinate ERP implementation projects.

This is a remote contract opportunity open to professionals based in Europe. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

The role requires flexibility to travel when needed for client meetings, workshops, and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects from planning through go-live.

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies.

• Coordinate functional and technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration across workstreams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and steering committee sessions.

• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between business requirements and project objectives.

• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and governance processes.

• Support change management, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

• Travel when required to support client engagements and project milestones.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) projects.

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, project governance, and delivery best practices.

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent Italian is mandatory.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Willingness and availability to travel within Europe when required.

• Ability to work remotely from a European location.

• Availability for a contract of at least 6 months.
