The opportunity ahead
Help clients, TMC partners, travel agents, and internal teams get the most out of the Spotnana platform by turning complex product functionality into clear, engaging training and learning experiences. You'll deliver training, build enablement content, and partner cross-functionally to keep users informed as the product evolves.
How you'll help us build
- Deliver engaging training experiences for clients, TMC partners, travel agents, company administrators, and internal teams across implementations, product launches, and ongoing education.
- Create and maintain practical learning content including presentations, guides, videos, job aids, exercises, and other resources that make complex product functionality easy to understand and apply.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation, Customer Success, and Operations to understand new functionality, identify training needs, and ensure enablement materials accurately reflect the product experience.
- Support client and TMC readiness through train-the-trainer programs, customized training, post-go-live support, and ongoing education based on user needs and workflows.
- Identify and close knowledge gaps by gathering learner and client feedback, surfacing recurring questions and workflow challenges, and improving training programs and materials over time.
Working model
- This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates who can work U.S. Eastern hours. Flexibility for occasional early start times is needed to support global client training sessions.
- Most training is delivered virtually, with occasional travel for in-person client training sessions.
Experience you bring
- Experience in the travel industry, corporate travel, travel agency operations, travel technology, or a related environment, with a strong understanding of travel booking and agent workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus and knowledge of GDS and/or NDC workflows; Sabre experience is a plus.
- Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, or client-facing training and facilitating sessions for a variety of audiences.
- Experience creating training materials, presentations, documentation, videos, job aids, or other learning resources.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation, script development, and efficient training and documentation workflows.
- Ability to learn complex product functionality and translate it into clear, practical training and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
