As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist event attendees across North America by phone and email. This role is part of a fast-paced call center environment that operates 7 days a week with no overnight shifts. You will help customers with ticket purchases, existing orders, and general support questions while gaining hands-on experience in the live event ticketing industry.
