THE ROLE

The newly created role of Customer Success SME will be a primary point of contact for partners, schools and government representatives in Turkmenistan, responsible for onboarding and ongoing training as required. The role will involve maintaining strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction and maximise platform usage. We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a keen interest in learning through technology to join our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the focal team on projects, providing support in meetings, training sessions, stakeholder engagement, and other related activities.
• Product and Platform Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with all features and developments on the Matific platform, ensuring you are well-informed to provide the best possible customer support.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Ministry of Education, NGOs, and strategic partners across Turkmenistan. Build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels to ensure Matific’s mission and projects are well represented and advanced in the region.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: Own the full project lifecycle from a Customer Success perspective, including implementation planning, onboarding, training delivery, adoption follow-up, usage tracking, reporting, and ongoing stakeholder management, ensuring all project milestones and success metrics are met.
• External Meetings and Presentations: Lead regular meetings, reviews, and presentations with external stakeholders including government bodies, NGOs, and institutional partners, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and key success indicators.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate internally across product, operations, and regional teams to mobilise the necessary resources and support for the successful delivery of large-scale educational projects in Turkmenistan.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkmen and Russian is essential, together with advanced proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client or educational projects/services/support.
• Demonstrated task-driven project management aimed at achieving customer success.
• Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
• Strong consultative approach, with a positive, solution-oriented and growth mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy, a collaborative team player, and a results-driven attitude with a passion for success.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote position with direct reporting to other regions.
• Must be based in Turkmenistan. The role requires availability for in-person meetings, school visits, onsite trainings, and travel within Turkmenistan as required
