The Customer Success Manager supports hospital systems in achieving low blood culture contamination rates through on-site engagement and clinical education. They act as a liaison between sales teams and clinical staff to ensure product adoption, compliance, and measurable performance outcomes.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a key supporting role in ensuring the sustained success of Magnolia Medical’s solutions across hospital systems.
