About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive – Africa & Middle East to join our team on a part-time basis (25h/week).
This is a key operational role, focused on ensuring the smooth management of customer accounts, including billing, cancellations, and day-to-day account follow-up across the region.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining account accuracy, supporting retention efforts, and ensuring that our processes are executed with discipline and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts for Africa & Middle East, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up.
- Handle **billing-related tasks**: invoices, payments tracking, and coordination with finance team.
- Take ownership of **cancellations, credit notes, and contract adjustments**, ensuring processes are followed correctly.
- Ensure all cancellations and account changes are properly documented and validated.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments, renewals, and account status.
- Maintain clean and accurate data in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account transitions.
- Identify risks (churn, non-payment, inactivity) and escalate when needed.
- Contribute to improving processes and operational efficiency within Customer Success.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Operations (SaaS or similar environment is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage processes with discipline.
- Comfortable handling billing, payments, and contract-related topics.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
- Fluency in **English (mandatory)**.
- **French and/or Arabic are a strong plus**.
