Customer Service Specialist (100% Remote – NY/NJ Residents Only)

Location: Remote (Must reside in New York or New Jersey)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, SAP knowledge, and experience in order processing. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, manage sales orders, support the sales team, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer sales orders accurately through SAP
  • Enter and track orders from receipt through fulfillment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding products, orders, and inventory availability
  • Research products, review inventory levels, and provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution
  • Support the sales team by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with customer needs
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of customer service, customer support, or account support experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP
  • Experience with order processing and order entry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales teams or customer accounts
  • Experience in inventory management or product support
  • Experience working in a remote environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
