We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with excellent spoken English and a clear, neutral accent to join our team.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and confident handling customer interactions over the phone while providing outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and ongoing requests.
• Prepare and send estimates accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer needs.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling customer calls.
