- You will be the voice of our client, supporting customers with their energy related questions and requests. Your role will include:
- Handling customer contacts in German via phone, chat and email;
- Understanding customer needs and providing clear, effective solutions;
- Managing inquiries with accuracy, empathy and professionalism;
- Investigating issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner;
- Working closely with your team to improve processes and share best practices.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, the following requirements are needed:
- C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in German;
- Confident communication skills and a customer oriented attitude;
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple tools;
- Structured and analytical approach to problem solving;
- Flexibility and openness to learning in a fast changing environment;
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
- Good time management to meet quality and performance targets.
