Are you friendly, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to grow your career? Banuelos Insurance Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Orinda office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable on the phone, and is eager to learn the insurance business. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. We’re looking for someone who is coachable, dependable, career-oriented, and ready to grow.

What You'll Do
  • Assist customers with general insurance questions and needs.
  • Make outbound calls and prospect for new business.
  • Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
  • Support day-to-day agency and insurance activities.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Learn insurance products, systems, and agency processes.
  • Participate in training and coaching.
What We're Looking For
  • Positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Organized and dependable.
  • Motivated to build a long-term career.
  • Previous customer service, sales, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to obtain an insurance license and grow within the industry.
