Customer Service Representative

Join a fast-growing beverage distribution business launching a dedicated water distribution company focused on efficiency, high-volume orders, and competitive pricing. This role is key to making sure customer orders are handled accurately, phone inquiries are answered professionally, and daily operations run smoothly as the business grows.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and professionally take new orders.
  • Collect customer information including name, address, phone number, delivery details, and order quantities.
  • Monitor a shared company email inbox for new order submissions.
  • Accurately enter phone and email orders into the company's backend order system.
  • Respond to basic customer questions regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized records while following established processes without modifying pricing or other operational settings.

Who You'll Work With:

Be an integral part of a growing beverage distribution team, supporting the hiring manager, warehouse operations, and customers by keeping orders organized, accurate, and moving smoothly throughout the day.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Customer Service: Comfortable answering inbound phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to accurately enter customer names, addresses, delivery dates, contact information, and product quantities while performing repetitive data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Tech-Savvy: Able to work with web forms, shared email inboxes, and existing order management software after training.
  • Organized: Capable of managing incoming emails and phone orders efficiently throughout the day.
  • Experience: General work experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred.
