Customer Service

Join a fast-growing construction and property operations team, helping keep client requests, vendor updates, and site-team follow-ups moving clearly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll make sure repair issues, schedule changes, and completion updates are tracked, communicated, and followed through with care.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage communication between clients and the construction team across phone, email, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
  • Receive client requests, clarify the issue, and route the information to the correct internal team member, site manager, or vendor.
  • Coordinate follow-up on issues such as repairs, leaks, electrical problems, countertop adjustments, water shutoffs, and unit completion updates.
  • Contact vendors or on-site teams to schedule work, confirm timelines, and ensure each issue is actively being handled.
  • Keep clients updated on next steps, delays, repair status, completion dates, and final resolution.
  • Follow up consistently until each task is completed and properly closed out.
  • Escalate cost-related questions, approval needs, or unclear decisions to the appropriate office leader.
  • Track open items using spreadsheets, Trello, BuilderTrend, or another company-approved system.
  • Confirm completed work with the site team or vendor and provide the client with completion updates, including photos when applicable.
  • Focus on assigned properties and learn the specific rules, workflows, and expectations for those properties.

Who You'll Work With:

Be an integral part of a growing construction and property operations team, working closely with clients, vendors, site managers, and office leadership to keep communication clear and tasks moving forward.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Organized: Able to manage multiple open issues at once while maintaining a clear tracking system.
  • Proactive Communicator: Comfortable writing clear emails, making phone calls, and relaying accurate updates.
  • Persistent: Willing to follow up repeatedly until answers are received and work moves forward.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Able to handle urgent issues, frustrated clients, and slow responses.
  • Flexible: Comfortable shifting priorities when urgent matters come up.
  • Good at Escalation: Knows when to gather details and escalate decisions appropriately.
  • Tech Comfortable: Able to work with BuilderTrend, spreadsheets, Trello-style boards, WhatsApp, email, and phone-based communication.
  • Task-Focused: Able to follow up, confirm progress, and close the loop.
  • Experience: General work experience is required. Experience in customer service or coordination is a plus, but not necessary.
