Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, delivery updates, and post-purchase support
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and operations to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information
- Follow established processes and service standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a B2C environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with customer service platforms and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
- Availability to work Monday, Thursday, and Friday; Saturday and Sunday CST.

- Experience supporting customers in retail, e-commerce, or similar industries is a plus
