Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, delivery updates, and post-purchase support
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach
  • Document interactions and update customer records accurately in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and operations to ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Follow established processes and service standards to ensure a consistent customer experience


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a B2C environment
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with customer service platforms and CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
  • Availability to work Monday, Thursday, and Friday; Saturday and Sunday CST. 

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customers in retail, e-commerce, or similar industries is a plus
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
