What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with questions and their insurance needs by phone, email, and in person.
- Learn about insurance products and help customers understand their coverage options.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and leads to generate new business.
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service and help maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep customer records and documentation accurate and organized.
- Learn agency systems, sales processes, and day-to-day operations.
- Work with the team to meet customer service and sales goals.

- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
- An active Property & Casualty license is a plus, but the agency will pay for licensing for the right candidate.
