We are seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals. Partnering with account teams, Solutions Engineers, Product Management, and Engineering, this role serves as the central coordinator to drive cross-functional collaboration, communication, and exceptional customer experiences.
You must be comfortable managing complex technical implementations involving AI, machine learning, scientific data, and enterprise software. This position combines strong project and customer relationship management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk strategies with Account Directors and Solutions Engineering.
- Facilitate project kickoffs to set clear objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and success criteria.
- Align project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues timely.
- Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive, transparent communication.
- Manage customer expectations while balancing business priorities and technical constraints.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to incorporate it into project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Account Directors, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML teams, and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Scientific discipline, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, deployments, or technical customer projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communications.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
