PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Customer Operations (CO) Deployment Lead South East Asia is a core role within the Customer Operations Product Domain and sits within the overall GDT Organization. This role will have a specific focus on deploying new CO products or changes in existing products to our markets in South East Asia ensuring seamless landing, high adoption for benefit realization.

Your key objectives are to:

  • Ensure seamless deployment of CO products in South East Asia
  • Drive relevant local configurations (not customizations) of the products
  • Support improving adoption of the products
  • Improve overall quality of the CO products
  • Market Engagement with CO Business LT and help create CO tech roadmap and agenda.
  • Ensure Technology meets the business need and growth and deliver new business trends and changes.

This means you will need to have strong business context, manage senior relationships with the functional stakeholder(s), bring product plans together for cohesive deployment plan and work close to our GDT CDIO teams for a seamless landing of our digital products.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
As a Deployment Manager, you will own the deployment activities related to CO domain products – Planning/O2C/Logistics/MDM . Whether dealing with products, GDT BG/BU (CDIO) or the markets/hubs this role will need to liaise and lead a broadly skilled cross functional team. This multifaced role drives value through superior product deployment and adoption.

Key activities include:
Product Deployment:

  • Oversees and governs end to end deployment activities
  • Accountable for timely and in full execution of the aligned programs


Product Adoption:

  • Work together with CDIO/Market teams to improve product adoption.
  • Lead improvement of business KPI’s together with Market /CDIO


Partnering Market / CDIO:

  • Partners Market and CDIO to ensure strong collaboration with Global Digital and Technology (GDT)


EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Planning, Execution and Partnering Skills
  • Exhaustive experience in all facets of program/ project delivery
  • Business acumen in the Customer Operations/Supply Chain operations
  • Strong Supply Chain background - demand planning, supply planning and S&OP planning.
  • Understanding of Data and Analytics and exposure in new technology like AI and how to use it for solutions and improvements.
