Our mission is to solve healthcare's workforce crisis. Today, our AI Agents automate critical parts of the clinical workflow, freeing providers from administrative burdens. But our vision is bigger. We are building the AI Clinician of the future: a new, autonomous member of the care team. The current system is failing. Clinicians spend over half their time on routine work, leading to burnout, while a projected shortage of 3.2 million healthcare workers threatens to break the system. We believe the solution isn't just better tools; it's about augmenting care teams with intelligent AI that can handle a clinician's work.
Our AI Clinician will work alongside providers, automating the full spectrum of clinical work. It won't just document care, it will deliver it. This allows human clinicians to offload routine tasks and dedicate their time to complex decision-making and patient care.
We're hiring a Customer & Field Marketing Lead to own everything about our top-of-funnel that isn't ads. Our operating belief: fill rooms, not booths. You'll own the physical-world motion — conferences, executive dinners, webinars — and the customer-evidence flywheel: our podcast, case studies, newsletter, and high-touch outreach. The same customers feed all of it: a happy customer becomes a dinner speaker, then a podcast guest, then a case study, then the newsletter's best story. You'll be the first person at the company whose whole job is this, reporting directly to Saran, our co-founder & President, who runs go-to-market today, with founders and sales at your back.
Conference strategy beyond booths: MGMA, Becker's, and the specialty-society circuit — deciding where we show up and how we get real meetings out of it.
Executive dinners: intimate, high-signal events with customer champions speaking. First pilot: Portland.
Webinars built on real customer outcome data.
High-touch and memorabilia ABM campaigns, run jointly with our technical growth lead.
End-to-end ownership of our "Between Visits" podcast: guests, story, calendar (production is outsourced).
Customer case studies with real metrics.
Our newsletter.
The founders — you'll report directly to Saran (co-founder & President, running go-to-market today) and work day-to-day with the founders; this role is close to the top and highly visible.
Sales — you'll feed each other: they bring customer relationships, you build the rooms and evidence they sell with.
Our technical growth lead, who owns AI-driven ad ops, ABM automation, creatives, and attribution. You own the physical world and customer evidence; together you cover the whole funnel.
We don't just sell AI — we run on it. Our growth lead runs ad ops, ABM, and creative production with AI. Hiring, planning, and financial analysis run through Claude agents in our Slack. This JD was drafted with one. That's not a gimmick; it's how a small team covers a lot of ground. We'll expect you to push back on the agents the way you would on a colleague — zero tolerance for shipping AI slop.
So this is a real requirement, not a buzzword: demonstrated fluency using agentic AI tools in your daily work — Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar — beyond chat. Think: having an agent enrich a 200-name invite list, stand up an event landing page, or draft 50 personalized follow-ups from a CRM export. If your AI use stops at asking a chatbot questions, you'll struggle to keep pace here.
First 30 days: audit our existing marketing assets, meet customers, book the date for the Portland executive dinner, and take over the podcast calendar.
By day 60: run the dinner, ship two customer case studies, and deliver your first owned webinar.
By day 90: a Q4 conference plan with budget, newsletter cadence locked in, and a pipeline dashboard built with our growth lead.
You've personally run events (not just managed vendors) — think 15+ events — and you can quote the pipeline numbers they produced.
You've filled an intimate executive dinner or similar small-format event through your own outreach.
You've shipped a content program end-to-end: a podcast, a newsletter, or a case-study library.
You write well and fast — most of this job ships in writing.
You've worked on a scrappy, small marketing team — ideally as a first or early marketer — and you default to doing rather than coordinating.
High agency — the thing we screen hardest for. You figure it out, fill the room, and hit the date without being chased.
Strong plus, not required: provider-facing healthcare experience — you know the practice-admin/COO buyer and the MGMA/Becker's circuit. If you don't, we'll expect you to learn the circuit fast.
You might be our person if…
You've gone to a conference without a booth and left with more pipeline than the sponsors — because you hosted 14 practice administrators at the best table in town.
You've personally called and emailed your way through a list to fill a webinar, and you can tell us the show rate off the top of your head.
A podcast with no owner bothers you. You'd book the guest, run the recording, cut the clips, and ship the newsletter in the same week.
Your events live in a spreadsheet with a P&L column, and you know exactly which dinner paid for itself.
Competitive base salary, Target performance bonus and equity.
