Customer Experience Holiday Advisor

In this role, you'll help clients navigate every stage of the vacation planning process from discovering destinations to finalizing reservations and preparing for departure. Primary Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, travel interests, schedules, and spending plans
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, guided tours, transportation, attractions, and vacation packages
• Recommend travel options tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and budget
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and additional travel services using approved supplier systems
• Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documentation, and departure instructions
• Assist with reservation changes, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special travel requests
• Verify reservation details and travel information to help ensure every booking is complete and accurate
• Maintain consistent communication with clients by providing updates and answering travel-related questions
• Keep accurate records of client information, bookings, and correspondence within company platforms
• Work with preferred travel partners to provide exceptional travel planning and customer support
• Participate in ongoing supplier education, destination training, and professional development opportunities
