Position Summary

We're currently adding new members to our expanding remote team and are looking for service-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Experience Holiday Advisors. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to review vacation preferences, travel dates, and planning needs
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements including hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, and resort stays
  • Compare available travel options through approved supplier and reservation platforms
  • Keep clients updated on booking progress, confirmations, and scheduling details
  • Provide professional support through email, phone, and digital communication channels
  • Help manage itinerary changes, special requests, and follow-up coordination
  • Maintain accurate client information and organized planning records
  • Participate in remote onboarding sessions, team trainings, and skill development workshops
