Your Role

As part of our remote team, you'll work directly with individuals and families who need assistance understanding and managing their available benefit programs.

You'll serve as a consistent point of contact, helping clients navigate their options, answering questions, and making complicated information easier to understand. The goal is to provide an experience that is professional, informative, and supportive from the initial conversation through continued service.

Rather than simply handling transactions, you'll focus on developing relationships and becoming someone clients feel comfortable turning to when they need assistance.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with clients through phone and virtual appointments
  • Develop positive, professional relationships with the families you assist
  • Review benefit and coverage information based on individual needs
  • Explain programs and options in straightforward, understandable language
  • Respond to questions regarding coverage, account changes, and service requests
  • Assist with electronic forms, applications, and other documentation
  • Provide timely follow-up and continued client support
  • Maintain accurate and organized client information
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve the overall client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
