Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EPM Team Lead with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), specializing in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end FCCS implementation and support projects, provide technical and functional leadership, and collaborate with finance stakeholders to deliver scalable financial consolidation, close, and reporting solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, financial consolidation processes, and team leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle FCCS, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
-Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle FCCS solutions.
-Configure and manage consolidation, close, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership management, and financial reporting processes.
-Design and oversee integrations between FCCS, Oracle ERP, General Ledger, and other Oracle EPM applications.
-Provide technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and ensure adherence to Oracle EPM best practices.
-Manage project planning, timelines, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
-Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployment, and hypercare support.
-Work closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize consolidation and close processes.
-Prepare project documentation, conduct end-user training, and drive continuous process improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-8+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, including strong hands-on expertise in Oracle FCCS.
-Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementation and support projects.
-Strong functional knowledge of financial consolidation, statutory reporting, close management, General Ledger, intercompany accounting, and currency translation.
-Hands-on experience with FCCS configuration, Calculation Manager, business rules, Smart View, Financial Reporting, Data Integration, and EPM Automate.
-Experience integrating FCCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, General Ledger, and other Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
-Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
