In this role, you will
  • Analyze website pages and funnels to identify potential areas for improvement

  • Support the creation and optimization of landing pages together with the team

  • Assist in planning and running A/B tests (from hypothesis to analysis)

  • Work with web analytics tools (e.g., Tableau or similar) to understand user behavior

  • Contribute to generating data-driven hypotheses for improving conversion rates

  • Participate in competitor and user research to better understand audience needs

  • Collaborate with user acquisition, product, and development teams


It’s all about you
  • 1+ year of experience in CRO, product, digital marketing, design or a related field

  • Basic understanding of CRO principles and UX/UI fundamentals

  • Comfortable working with data and are motivated to grow your analytical skills

  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)

  • Interested in A/B testing and experimentation, and eager to deepen your expertise in this area

  • Proactive, curious, and open to learning

  • Manage your tasks effectively and prioritize in a dynamic environment

  • An English level of B2 or higher (both written and spoken)


Would be a plus
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO)
  • Familiarity with product metrics (CR, retention, activation)
  • Experience working with landing pages or performance marketing
