Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM Product Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Adobe Experience Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and cross-functional leadership. Experience integrating or working with Adobe CRM and customer experience technologies is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management / Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in CRM Product Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, or Adobe customer experience/CRM solutions.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, product vision, and managing product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation, integrations, and customer data workflows.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and technical teams.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Product Strategy
- Lead end-to-end CRM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Define product priorities based on business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
- Manage product backlogs, features, user stories, and release priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM capabilities, customer engagement, and business processes.
Requirements & Solution Delivery
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, data teams, and business users to deliver CRM solutions.
- Support CRM integrations with Adobe platforms and enterprise applications.
Agile & Program Delivery
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate release planning and production deployments.
- Ensure product releases meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, roadmap discussions, and solution reviews.
- Manage competing priorities and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and customer experience solutions.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Adobe platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM data models, customer journeys, identity, segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud-based CRM platforms.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Product Management or Agile certifications are a plus.
Mandatory Requirements
- Work Authorization: USC / Green Card (GC) Only
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience is required.
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Adobe Experience Cloud experience is highly preferred.
- Must have strong CRM Product Management experience.
