Key Responsibilities
- Act as the SME for
lending products, processes, and documentation.
- Support the
implementation of a lending-focused CLM platform.
- Gather, analyse, and
document business requirements.
- Review and map current
and future-state lending processes.
- Assess the operational
impact of documentation and process changes.
- Work with operations,
legal, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are
understood and delivered.
- Support solution design,
testing, implementation, and rollout activities.
- Facilitate workshops and
stakeholder discussions.
- Produce process maps,
business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support UAT planning,
execution, and issue resolution.
- Identify risks,
dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
