Creator Partnerships Manager (DACH) for CREATOARS

CREATOARS is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Creator Partnerships Manager to manage inbound brand collaboration opportunities for our Micro and Mid-Tier creator roster.

You will be responsible for handling partnership enquiries, coordinating communication between brands and creators, and supporting the successful execution of creator campaigns across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your focus will be managing inbound opportunities for our Micro (10K–100K followers) and Mid-Tier Creators (100K–500K followers) — reviewing brand requests, identifying suitable creators, coordinating campaign details, and ensuring smooth execution from enquiry to delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage the creator partnerships inbox and respond to inbound brand and agency enquiries

• Review campaign briefs and understand brand requirements

• Identify suitable creators from the CREATOARS Micro and Mid-Tier roster

• Coordinate availability, pricing, deliverables, and timelines

• Support negotiations around campaign details, fees, and usage rights

• Prepare partnership information and ensure requirements are clearly communicated

• Coordinate between brands, creators, and internal teams during campaign execution

• Follow up on campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Keep partnership records, campaign details, and reporting information organized

What we're looking for

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, partnerships, talent management, account coordination, or digital campaigns

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Professional communication style with brands and creators

• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously

• Understanding of creator campaigns, social media partnerships, and digital communities

• Fluent English required

• German required for DACH communication

• Additional European languages are a plus

• Based in Europe
