Creator Partnerships Manager

Pure is a global dating app committed to bringing honesty and fun into the dating world. We believe that dating is more than just swiping: it’s a delightful journey where everyone can discover something special, regardless of their preferences!

We're building the creator program from the ground up, and we're looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day creator relationship: bringing new creators in, getting them launched, and keeping them engaged and posting. You'll work closely with our Creator Partnerships leads and cross-functional teams, and you'll have real influence on how the program scales.

What will you be doing?

• Onboard new creators end to end: contracts, onboarding calls, briefs, account setup and payout platform registration

• Guide creators through their first weeks on the program, including probation and phased rollout of tracked links

• Manage ongoing creator communication across Discord, email and DMs, answering questions and resolving issues quickly

• Run creator outreach: sourcing via creator platforms and manual search on TikTok and Instagram, writing outreach messages, and following up

• Keep creator trackers and databases accurate and up to date (status, posts, links, payments)

• Help check that content, tracking links and posting schedules follow program guidelines

• Support payout cycles by verifying posted videos and view data

• Flag creator performance trends, risks and feedback to the team

• Contribute to improving onboarding flows, templates and processes as we scale

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management or a similar role

• Hands-on experience with UGC or creator programs on TikTok and Instagram

• Fluent English (required)

• Strong written communication, both warm and casual with creators and clear and structured with internal teams

• Very organised, comfortable managing many creators at once in spreadsheets and trackers

• Proactive and fast-moving, comfortable in a new program where processes are still being built

• A good eye for creator fit and authentic content

What would be a plus? (we can always dream)

• German or Portuguese

• Experience with creator payout platforms, comment-to-DM automation (e.g. ManyChat) or creator sourcing tools

• Understanding of link tracking and attribution basics

• Experience in consumer apps or dating
